Dog Leash Aggression - Is it Possible to Teach A Bad Dog New Tricks?

I can’t tell you that every dog will be saved from dog leash aggression and other bad dog behavior. I know many other dogs, plus my own beagle, shepherd mix that was saved, but other dogs were not!
